Return & Order Policy

Refund policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Fee
Please note that all approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the product price. This fee helps us cover processing, inspection, and restocking costs.

In addition, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery back to us.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return address.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Final sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (beauty, hygiene)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must still meet our return eligibility requirements.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
